Gibson: "You know when I first heard about it, I liked the script, and I was really into the character, but I felt I was cast just to carry the movie as a veteran actor. So I was unsure, leaning towards denying the part. But when I heard that Brody Jenner had signed to play the rookie, I just had to be a part of it."
Jenner: "It's funny you ask that, I was caught completely caught off guard when I got offered this part. Funny story, I get a call from Just Timberlake of all people, asks me if I've heard the good news. Then I mean he's filling me in on all this crazy s*** and how M. Night Shyamalamanal is making a football movie and how he wants ME to star in it. Next thing I know I'm gettin' all sorts of texts and Emails from publicists, agents, and all that s*** man. I'd have to say I'm pretty f***ing stoked!"
Witness Brody Jenner's rise to the big screen and the return of Mel Gibson in M. Night Shyamalamaln's "The 4th Quarter."
